"The poorest, the weakest, the simplest child, is born for immortality. This value outweighs the entire material universe, no matter how small a mark this child makes on it. The tiniest infant owns a deathless intellect, and is as immortal as the Father of spirits. No one can tell what this child will become."

~ A Prebyterian Pastor who died in 1873

"And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise."

Funny what we think is funny

I bet when Stu was in highschool he would have never thought that a cartoon called "Shaun the Sheep" would have him rolling in the floor laughing...

Well as I was putting on my makeup I heard a hackle from Jack and Stu, I walked in the den and saw them both glued to the TV with huge grins on their faces as I looked on Stu replied with "What!? Shaun was choking and it was funny."
(He also carries Francie around and sing fran the sheep its fran the sheep.)

Also, I was getting ready to leave and Jack started his babbling with da-da-da-da not really daddy but more so than mommy I said "your son wants you da da." As I was walking out the door I heard "ma ma ma ma ma" not from Jack but from Stuart. He asked Jack why he dosen't call for momma.

It's so funny how we can't wait for them to talk and then how quickly they can run your name into the ground.

Also, our language has changed quit a bit something I have wanted to ask since we have been giving nick names to Jack...

What is a booger bear?!?! and why does it seem indearing? Bear, yes sweet, cuddly, cute (I get it). But BOOGER BEAR?!?!

It's just funny what we think is funny now a days.
