"The poorest, the weakest, the simplest child, is born for immortality. This value outweighs the entire material universe, no matter how small a mark this child makes on it. The tiniest infant owns a deathless intellect, and is as immortal as the Father of spirits. No one can tell what this child will become."

~ A Prebyterian Pastor who died in 1873

"And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise."

Jacks' First Thanksgiving

Jack your first Thanksgiving went great! You were so good you were passed around, kissed all over, each time you were fed it was by someone different, and most importantly you were WORN OUT and slept so good.

Your Paw Paw loves babies and he loves you tons, most of the time he lays you on his belly and sings to you. "Baby Bye-o" not sure the spelling or the song but that is the phonetic spelling anyway.

You wore baby blue corduroy one piece with smocked little puppies on the front.

After lunch mommy found Nana's Wig and we all had a good laugh.

For dinner we went to Great Grandmother's house and all the little cousins got on her bed and played for a little bit.

You were talking to William in this picture.

In between lunch and dinner your Aunts came over and helped us decorate the outside of our house for Christmas, it looks so good. I will show you all of those pictures in the next post because I don't have them with me.

It was a great Thanksgiving. We are so thankful for family, health, friends, and you.
