"The poorest, the weakest, the simplest child, is born for immortality. This value outweighs the entire material universe, no matter how small a mark this child makes on it. The tiniest infant owns a deathless intellect, and is as immortal as the Father of spirits. No one can tell what this child will become."

~ A Prebyterian Pastor who died in 1873

"And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise."

A Spitting Image

So here is our angel, Jack Avery. We got to see him yesterday and spent the whole night deducing whose features he has... The verdict: we are pretty sure he favors his mommy when she was a baby except for one minor detail... The nose, it is clearly taken from his daddy, we are glad because dad has a good "boy" nose.

Jack weighs 2lbs now and he wiggled through the whole ultrasound. He was too long to judge the accurate length but my bladder says he is

l-o-n-g!

This picture is 3D and in 3 weeks when I go back for my glucose test we are going to get a 4D of this beautiful boy.
