I bought this shirt for jack to sleep in becasue, well Jimmys' a legend and one day Jack can look back and tell his buds he's been rockin out to Jimmy since he was 2....
Stuart sent this picture to my dad in a text titled "Are you exeperienced"
to which my dad replied
"He's a voodoo child"
I loved the play on the Jimmy Hendrix song titles and thought I would document this at least for my dad, I know he got a kick out of it.
side note: If you see my child out ANYWHERE public and he is wearing this shirt you have permission to call me out becasue this was stictly for play (at HOME) and sleep.
"The poorest, the weakest, the simplest child, is born for immortality. This value outweighs the entire material universe, no matter how small a mark this child makes on it. The tiniest infant owns a deathless intellect, and is as immortal as the Father of spirits. No one can tell what this child will become."
~ A Prebyterian Pastor who died in 1873
"And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise."

Jack's Day Out With Thomas
Although Jack was super sleepy he did fairly well in the rickety train (that had a Thomas at the very front)
GAME O-V-E-R!!!!!!
And of course I had to spice things up a little bit by breaking through the yellow chains and climbing on Thomas no one was aloud to touch... Me and Thomas are now tight (but don't tell Jack that he may start requesting autographs....)
More to come, this is all I had time for tonight :)

Our Baby Boy Turns Two
Today I wrote this for you:
Happy Birthday, now you’re two.
You love the park, you get boo boos’.
Words come out in sentences now,
Always learning, show me how.
ABC’s, your S’s and T’s,
You saying “love you” to daddy and me.
You now have learned the power of “no”,
And you use it often to tell us so.
You love cartoons like all kids do,
Dogs and books and Thomas too,
Bathes in the sink to swimming classes,
Baby bottles to sippy glasses.
Hot dogs you love to eat,
“Gummies”, “Sgetti”, and Milk Shake treats.
Playing trains, with “Sir Topham Hatts” service.
Backyard climbs make grandma nervous.
Sarah Laine and William are your friends,
Aunt Bissy sets your clothing trends.
And all of these things make you, you.
Happy Birthday Jack now you’re Two!!
